At Jacksons of Old Arley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are placed securely back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the provided returns label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Old Arley warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
